KPI-Specialist Developer/Analyst

Location: Area of Munich
Description of Tasks:
- Requirements elicitation and feasibility analysis, based on intensive and direct communication with function owners within the company
- Concept definition, including selected toolchain, eg Matlab, ADTF or Python for implementation, PTC Integrity for configuration management, etc. prototype implementation and proof of concept
- Implementation and documentation of KPI software modules (existing, if any and new ones)
- Integration support of the KPI tool in the complete validation toolchain, based on ValAssistPro from Philosys Software
- Assessment of change requests and their implementation
- Coaching support (eg workshops, user trainings)
- Review and deployment of software deliveries
- Project management including communication, milestone planning and reporting of project status (eg sprint planning and review, backlog and burndown reports)
Required Qualification/Experience:
- Software Development
- Knowledge about KPI Scripting
- Experience in Radar Automotive/Radar systems
- Expertise in KPI evaluation process
Milestones:
- Concept, design, implement and test a KPI-computation tool, allowing the engineers to assess, track and report the relevant performance indicators during the complete product development cycle, until its release for series production
