Tätigkeitbeschreibung
• Implement the Central Program Office
• Develop standards, guidelines and processes for a unified project management
• SharePoint administration
• Demand and Stakeholder Management
• Administer und control the program’s Financials and Budgeting
• Support and cooperate with experienced Project Managers and PMOs
• Manage program risks
• Support of procurement/Evaluate project Quality
• Support project status reporting

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
• Work experience in program and project management office
• Experience in the financial sector incl. financial controlling
• Excellent MS Office,MS Project, MS SharePoint an CA Clarity knowledge
• Strong communication, mediation and integration skills
• Experience in Change Management and Vendor Management
• Fluent in German and English (Spoken and Written)
