We are currently looking for several Marketing Managers for Europe wide product launches.

Project background
The client is launching new products and needs experts in Go-To-Market activities that support the product launch teams on the ground.
In total, they are looking for 3 individuals supporting
- PV and Storage product launches
- E-mobility product launches
- Other product launches
Responsibilities:
- Drive and oversee the go to market phase of all B2C products within the assigned product domain across markets, including lead generation and qualification, campaign management and sales performance management
- Plan, lead and contribute directly to the marketing activities related to the product launch in the regional product teams where needed
- Ensure that a time and cost efficient go-to-market approach is followed within the product domain across different countries
- Act as a coach and sparring partner to in-country Marketing resources for go-to-market activities
- Identify marketing support needs beyond own assigned tasks and direct these to the competent marketing departments
- Mobilize in-country marketing teams to deliver according to plan
- Coach and up skill assigned junior resource by involving them in day to day tasks and sharing workload with them
- Develop and document the necessary tools for the go-to-market phase of product launches in order to assist future product launches and continuously improve this toolbox
Accountabilities:
- Timely and successful delivery of marketing activities related to assigned product launches
- Development and implementation of Pan-European go-to-market approach, including standard tools to be used
- Contribution to successful sales performance of launched products
Qualifications:
- Relevant university education (focus on marketing) or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 years of professional experience in similar role in a dynamic, fast moving and very challenging marketing agency or international company (financial services, telecommunication)
- Track record in developing value propositions and translating them into marketing campaigns
- Expertise in developing lead generation for all media channels with a focus on digital and performance marketing
- Very strong customer focus
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and comfortable in a Matrix environment working with both marketing and product teams
- Experience in leading large change programs and strong project management experience is desirable
- Willingness to travel across Europe
