Aufgabe:
• Functional and technical analysis of business requirements
• Lead an agile development team and be able to play the Scrum Master role
• Organize the handover of a web application to your team and ensure future operation
• Structure and coordinate working packages
• Financial product and project planning
• Regular creation of KPI reports
Fach-Skills:
• Good knowledge of current project management methods
• Solid technical understanding, especially modern web technologies like HTML5 + JavaScript
• Experience in the analysis and design of software solutions
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics or issues
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Reliable handling of common MS-Office applications
Soft-Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Willing to solve problems and rethink ways of working to improve existing processes
• Good people skills with focus on integrity, loyalty and teamwork
