For our client, a multinational IT market leader, we are currently looking for a Tax Accountant (w/m) for a consulting project on a freelance basis
Start - ASAP
Duration - 6-12 months
Location - Munich
Project description
- Reporting to regional Finance based in Dublin and interacting with Sales, Marketing, HR, Payroll, Tax,Statutory Reporting and external advisors and providers
- Data preparation for an abbreviated Wage Tax Audit
- Delivery of required GDPdU data outputs for the German authorities
- Preparation of the financial bookkeeping according to the German commercial Code and to the German tax provisions on a timely basis
- Development of forward tax compliance processes
Desired Skills
- Completed qualification as Certified Accountant (IHK/Bilanzbuchhalter) or as Certified Tax specialist (Steuerberaterkammer/Steuerfachwirt/Steuerfachgehilfe)
- Strong IT data extraction and presentation skills
- Oracle Knowledge would be an advantage
- English and German language skills
