For our client in the telecommunication industry we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience with mobile apps and mobile payments environment.
Start: April 2017
Duration: 3 months Rollover Contracts (+extension)
Location: Düsseldorf

Tasks/Daily business:
- Understanding the business requirements and developing functional and non-functional requirement specifications out of that
- Provide compliance guidance and establish a framework for the business to make informed risk-based decisions regarding new opportunities product and service offerings
- Supporting the system design and specifications
- Developing comprehensive system/administrative and user level documentation
- Closely work with Product owners to define vision
- Analyze user stories in the context of different personas to elicit requirement and perform their analysis
- Manage traceability of information and track status throughout the project applying an Agile delivery model (scrum)
- Review the UI designs and verify that they match the customer's requirements
- Support Business in defining benefits in their internal business cases
- Raise awareness of current and future issues that need planning and resolution
- Work closely with agile delivery team and various stakeholders
- Decompose epics and user requirements into user-stories
Skills/Experiences:
- Strong background in Business Analysis
- Good knowledge in online/mobile payment segment (Experience with online banks, Payment Service Providers(eg Atos), Visa or Mastercard )
- Experience in the credit card payments environment, particular Web-Creditcard payments
- Strong Project experience in agile environments
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in development of Business requirement documentation
- Proven experience in mobile or online Commerce services and other mobile content related Services
- Experience in Vendor Management within an international context serving multiple countries
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
