For our Customer in the Insurance Environment we are searching for a Business Analyst (m/f) with SAP-Know-How.The bonding project is aiming to roll-out its business in several countries. Roll-our activities are currently planned for Canada, Belgium, Switzerland. In this context the system target landscape (AVALIS/SAP/EOLIS,..) will be rolled-out to the dedicated business units.
In order to support the project on finance side, we need an experienced Finance Business Consultant with skills in Finance business processes, SAP (AR/AP/GL) and Fit+1 specific knowledge on interface solution design (e.g. posting schemes, master data interfaces) and commission management (CMS) in order to guide the local project teams successfully through the implementation process.
Responsibilities: Finance Business Consultant
Pro-actively support the Group Project Team
Guide the local project team through the implementation process
Explain the group target solution design
Support the Local & Group project team during the gap phase.
Propose business solution designs for identified gaps.
Continuously identify, prioritize and propose mitigations actions
Update the FIT+1 Bonding Blueprint
Prepare local request for change
Support local project teams during the UAT phase
Provide hypercare support after go-live
Performance levels (KPIs):
Enable local project teams to deliver their deliverables in time, budget & quality
Act as quality gate and pay attention to the compliance of FIT+1 standards.
Skill matrix
? Business analyst skills on financial processes in regards of
customer / vendor accounting
tax determination (e.g. Switzerland, Canada & US, VAT/IPT, sales tax)
accounting in insurance companies (premium, fee, brokerage, fronting, reinsurance)
