Position Title: Site Acquisition Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ratingen, NRW Germany

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible on site level for Site Acquisition, including coordination between all internal departments and subcontractors in the SA process
- Responsible for all Site Acquisition issues in the region such as handling with all local authorities and submitting all building permits to local authorities
- Follow up and ensure process is managed on time
- Ensuring all site permits, lease contracts are correctly handled and managed according to legislation and documented in correct systems
Qualification
- 5 + years of experience on similar positions
- Site acquisition experience on the local German market (experience with Vodafone)
- Fluent in English and German
- Organized with strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Expert in Excel
