Tätigkeitbeschreibung
• Definition, establishment, controlling, monitoring and ongoing optimization as well as execution of the incident, release and change-process
• Responsible and accountable single point of contact for all incoming incidents and the overall incident backlog coordination of tickets within the team, tracking of troubleshooting
• Manage efficient cooperation with functional and technical teams for the prioritization of Incidents and the delivery Ensure right communication management to all internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for incident reporting (status reports, management analysis, statistics)

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
• Excellent knowledge of IT implementation projects
• Profound insurance experience is a must-have
• Strong understanding of process Management
• Fluent English and German, both orally and written
