Test Integration Manager | Berlin | 6 months Rolling

Job Description:
1st Project:
- Support the Evaluation and itemization of test scope (system tests, type tests).
- Evaluation and coordination of conditions for rail network access including time planning.
- Analysis of possibility for double use of evidence documents between Talent 2 and Talent 3
- Creation of KPI and follow-up of status of commissioning and vehicle type test (duration, specification, reports).
- Creation of an overall Folder structure for multi project from Bid to final documents
2nd Project:
- Creation of KPI and follow-up the status of commissioning and vehicle type test (duration, specification, reports).
- DOC#25 shall be updated with info regarding duration for each test (once); go into all test specifications and put the corresponding numbers into the Excel-file.
3rd Project:
- Secure conformity of Validation report with V&V requests of normative standards (EN).
- Develop a Validation report based on draft version of other project (Loc)
- Secure validation path from requirements over development, test preparation, test execution, test report until closing of test requirements for assigned functions
- Regular alignments with Safety project lead regarding discrepancies, gaps within requested process and path thru
- Traceability of requirements, functions and result.
4th Project:
- Preparation of frequently KPI updates for TIM responsible areas; (usage BT defined templates; contacting responsibilities; adaptions and implementation of project specific KPIs; plausibility check between updates).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good experience with MS Office.
- Good experience with DOORS.
- Planning experience and experience with MS Project.
- Basis experience within Railway business.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) German appreciated
- Engagement, team working, results oriented and skills in problems solving
- Good presentation and communication skills especially to simplify complex issues
- Good skills for working with internal teams as well as intercultural skills
- Systematic, analytical and flexible mindset
- High pressure tolerance
- Problem solving capacity
