Aufgabe:
Requirement is for a experienced infrastructure PM to work in the Infrastructure area of the IT-Carve-out project. The following tasks are relevent:
•Carve-out IT project lead in technical areas of MCC, MWP and/or MDC
•Stakeholder management
•Strong focus on requirement definition and planning of deliverables and resources
•Management of suppliers in delivering infrastructure change to plan and budget
•Flexible organization and communication of project goals and tasks in context of dynamic environment
•Escalation Management
Soft-Skills:
•High degree of self-reliance and independent working in a dynamic project environment
•Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills
•Very strong communication skills

•Highly experienced in Infrastructure projects working with outsourced providers
•Experience in demerger / carve-out projects
•Strong experience in management of diverse international stakeholders on management and operational level, e.g.Customer group, the Customers business, consultancy firms, suppliers
•Strong experience in interdisciplinary and international end-2-end management of commercial, financial, technical, and architecture departments within Customer group
•Basic understanding of the software used for specific business areas and shared across customer
•High ability to organize and to apply structure in a dynamic project environment
•International Project Management skills
•Good understanding of customers processes and strategic customer positioning
•Management of day-to-day business (daily operations, commercials, escalations, etc.)
