Project Environment
Improving the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) quality for low quality input documents (hand written annotations, low image quality due to sending it through a fax machine etc.).
Tasks
• Providing higher and more dynamic capacities for OCR processing.
• Assessment of cloud based services and product evaluation.
• Selecting documents for the evaluation sample.
• Preparing the OCR process (ground truth) to guarantee an objective evaluation process.
• Defining vendor/product evaluation criteria.
Requirements
• Work with project team to review and complete the Requirements document.
• Experience in RFI (vendor selection, administrative process, vendor communication) and result evaluation.
• Product implementation and integration.
• Sound knowledge in OCR and OCR processing.
