Currently we are looking for a Site coordinator (m/w) in the south of Germany with the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:
Meetings with Partner and customer on process defined meetings and escalations
Partner engagement to make sure partner are delivering accordingly, by weekly meetings f2f
Monitoring status Milestones in customer databases
Deliver on time and quality, by tracking all milestones and synchronize the reporting with defined partner and customers
Coordination and execution of the work towards defined partners
Internal alignment with all client departments involved
Process delivery according to WLA , Process Flow and KPI’s
Qualification:
TTWOS (Remedy BMC) very good tool knowledge, experience in ticketing process
Saperion ( archiving post-incident documentation), good knowledge of archiving tool
PPLUS ( data base with Mile Stones, dates), good knowledge of archiving tool
MS Office practical knowledge, Excel reporting, formulas
Very Good German language skills ( written & Spoken)
