Key Account Manager MBBManning Global’s Client is the world's largest telecommunication vendor, serving one third of the world's population in 170 countries. We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager MBB to join their business in Germany (valid job permit in EU is prerequisite) .

Responsibilities:
- Manage Customer Relationship (MCR) is the primary responsibility of Account Management, which includes but is not limited to create and execute customer relationship plan (CRM) e.g. expand existing customer relationships, building new customer relationships and proactively supporting customer development in MBB segment for existing and new opportunities
- Actively collecting customer requirements, organization of technical and management workshops and leading cross functional teams to success
- Stimulating new customer requirements by promoting and introducing client latest and most innovative solutions and services
- Leading and driving (as project director) pre-sales projects in close cooperation with solution responsible and internal support functions
- Being responsible for collecting account and market intelligence data and contributing and building account strategy plan to support Account Leader (Account Director)
- Seeking, identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities within the MBB segment
Qualifications:
- Several years of work experience and proven track record in Mobile Market
- Comprehensive understanding of the German Wireless market
- Strong relationship management skills with external and internal interfaces
- Fast learning and cooperative working attitude – team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate successfully in an intense business environment and to work across cultural and organizational boundaries
- Fluency in German and English
- Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union
