Tasks:- Elaborate converged cloud operational model and conception
- Defintion of operational process (ITIL Level 3) for converged cloud network
- Project Lead of globally orginized cross functional team
- Align with existing process structures
- Defintion of roles & responsibilities for future collaboration model (RASCI)
- Securing operational quality and stability of new architecture
- Defintion of partner interfaces and support models
- Collect and document operational requirements
- Project Managing: gap anaylsis, project planning, project tracking, team set up, requirements and concept specification
- Braod network experience
Skills:
- Very good knowledge of project managing methods
- Experience to manage compley projects
- Broad network architeecture knowledge
- Experience in transition to operation projects for network architectures
- Good knowledge of SDN and automation principles for network
- Specify concept documentation and operational guidlines
- Knowledge of ITIL base process framework
- Able to argue on management level
- Combine project management skills with network experience
- PMI oder Prince certification nice to have
- Fluid English and German
