Beschreibung
Required Skills:
- Subject Matter Expert in the entire life cycle of Credit Cards, including customer acquisition, product management, card management, transaction processing, dispute & chargeback, collections etc.
- Must have the ability to lead the solution-ing activities and define business and technology product features
- Experience in working for card payments technology vendors would be preferable
- Must possess excellent communication skills; bi-lingual (English & German) language skills preferred
- Ideally should have worked in an onsite - offshore model
