MRI Manserv AG is actively looking for a SAP HCM Specialist to join our end user client located in Bern, Switzerland.This is a freelance, contract opportunity for initially 6 months. It is very likely that you will be extended. The client expects to hire you for approximately 18 -24 months. You can work up to 50% from home/remotely.
The main tasks include process analysis and design, system consulting and -configuration, processing of change requests to SAP HR applications in collaboration with the internal system development team, application support and - testing, user training, authorization management and coordination and cooperation in international projects: the client is looking to expand the current SAP Landscape with new & exciting features.
This role requires deep experience with the core SAP HCM applications like:
- Master Data
- Organisational Management
- Authorizations
- Time Management/Payroll
- Learning Solutions
- Talent Management
• Language: English fluent written & spoken. German is a big plus.
Start: ASAP
Location: Bern & home office (50% / 50%)
It is also required occasionally to travel to other locations worldwide.
Hourly rate: market conform
Duration: 6 months initially (but likely 18-24 months)
