On behalf of our client we are searching a Senior BPM Architect with deep knowledge in IBM BPM 8.5 to support the whole lifecycle of the IBM BPM processes including the following tasks:- identify implementation candidates
- conduct discovery workshops
- develop solution architectures
- lead development team
- support development team in finding solutions to problems
- coach team members
- specify interfaces with the ESB and other backend systems
- prepare and ensure the operation
- consult the project management to follow best practices for BPM projects
- define patterns for the development
