Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,wir suchen aktuell für unseren Kunden in Prag und Frankfurt am Main einen Projektleiter für einen SAP Rollout in Tschechien (m/w) in einem Projekt für 110 Projekttage (August 2016 - Dezember 2016) mit Verlängerungsoption.

Solution Center "Accounting SAP":
Development and implementation of new SAP solutions in the functional domain accounting (internal and external accounting).
- Project location: Prague and Frankfurt Main
- Travel activities within the Czech Republic and Europe (up to 50%)
Tasks:
- Project lead for the deployment of the template solution (SAP Modules FI, MM, CO, PM, BI) in the Arriva companies in the Czech Republic
- Taking overall responsibility for completion of tasks and activities of the business and consulting resources, managing deadlines and agreed deliverables
- Leading an international team with project members in several European locations
- Responsibility for delivering the go live in time and budget
- Delivering a central template solution that might not cover all country requirements
- Maintaining continuous communication and presentations to the business sponsors and central organization of the client and Arriva regarding status, issues and critical escalations
- Stakeholder management especially in relation to expectation management
- Prioritize activities where needed, negotiate timings and raise issues and risks at each stage of the program
- Project planning according to a given methodology/templates provided by client
Skills:
- Experienced project management profile; Project centric
- Self-driven communication skills
- Several years of experience in the project management of international projects
- Experiences of rollout of template solutions in subsidiaries
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with standard software (e.g. MS Project)
- Languages: fluent English and fluent Czech
- Experienced in international SAP roll out projects
- Ideally knowledge of Shared Service Center transitions
- Managing employees in a matrix organization
- Experience with projects in large corporations
- Languages: German optional
