Für einen weltweit agierenden Automobilzulieferer suchen wir für das Kundenteam einen erfahrendenProgram Manager/Project Manager (m/w)
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable education (preferable in mechanical or electromechanical engineering) with strong capabilities to absorb technical information
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in the automotive sector
• 2-3 years’ experience as Program Manager in the automotive sector (mandatory)
• Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques
• Lead, motivate and drive a cross-functional team of 5 – 10 members
• Independent: able to work with autonomy within program targets
• Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project , knowledge of SAP R/3 (desirable)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German language
• Ability to travel; sensitive to cultural diversity
Job Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the execution of programs in terms of customer and company satisfaction. These programs represent significant new business. This position is the main interface between the customer and the company with great visibility inside and outside of the company.
The Program Manager plays a major role in problem identification and resolution during the program by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving resolution of issues that affect program execution. Focus is on: translation of customer needs and requirements into detailed plans; execution of those plans; management of cross functional teams; driving program profitability; and development of customer relationships. The Program Manager may be required to manage more than one program simultaneously over a number of locations. More detailed Job Responsibilities upon request!
