for a Business Analyst (f/m) Securities Operations
Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Requirements gathering across Group Operations Securities Service Delivery and related business areas.
• Deliver Target Operating Model, Business Process Modelling, Target Solution Design, Business Requirements and Stakeholder Requests.
• Perform and oversee project impact analysis on banking, operational, organisational and application-related processes.
• Manage business and IT stakeholders and activities related to project implementation, obtain approvals.
• UAT test case preparation and possibly execution.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial services institution within a chance / delivery role.
• In-depth knowledge of Securities processes and applications required.
• Knowledge of securities lending, structured products, private equity and corporate action.
• Solid knowledge of the various business analyst tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with pro-active problem solving mindset.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, being able to tailor communications to the audience.
• Fluent in German and English.
