Beschreibung
Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bankenumfeld in Zürich suchen wir ab Juli oder zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen Projektleiter (m/w) mit Erfahrung im Umfeld Wealthmanagement / Risk. Im Mittelpunkt des Projektes steht zunächst das Thema Risiko Rating /Risiko Kalkulation & Methodik im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung einer CRM Software zur kundenspezifischen Beratung von Endkunden anhand verschiedener externer Parameter.Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
- Take responsibility to deliver in scope, budget and time
- IT project lead (incl. all project leader tasks expected by project governance)
- Planning, controlling and coordination of various development departments and parties (internal and external vendor)
- Ensure that all activities are aligned with overall program and other dependencies are considered
- Organize hand-over to IT operations and build a new competence center for specific CRM within the organisation
- Coordination and communication with various stakeholders (business, architecture, security, etc)
Anforderungen
- 10 years+ experience as senior IT PL
- Several years of experience in banking and finance
- Experience in handling complex projects including third parties
- Working experience with vendor software and integration in existing landscape
- Experience with agile and waterfall delivery models
- Communicative team player with a solution oriented attitude.
- Excellent analytical and visualization skills
- Proactive, pragmatic and quick learner
- Willing to stick on given methodology, able to work in a changing environment as well.
- Ability to communicate effectively and transparent
- Very good skills in english (necessary) and good german skills
