Are you a true Business-Business/Analyst with detailed knowledge of the Life and Pensions industry or a Life Insurance trained specialist with a Degree in Economics or equivalent, then this role will appeal. You will be working closely with the Business (Actuarial), Product Specialist and Customer Services personnel to gather project requirements.
You will need to liaise with the Life/400 technical SME's to gain specific system requirement details, as part of the proposed solution. Previous experience to perform root cause analysis of issues identified (eg Fish Bone diagrams) will be required.
You will find yourself working on multiple projects, so the ability to handle several projects at the same time is priority, as is the ability to liaise up and down the Management structure. As this a multi-language environment, a good understanding of German is important, whilst most of the technical documentation is in English, reading and or speaking German will be highly regarded.
