A Global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• Managing all aspects of a program, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Creation Business Case in collaboration with Account Manager.
• PMF - Benefits Realization Plan, Program Change Request, Business Vision, Change Management Concept, Functions and Themes Checklist, Program Closure Confirmation, Program Closure Documentation, Program Development Case, Program Management Concept, Program Management Procedures, Program Performance Reporting, Program Plan, Program Scope Statement, Benefits Delivery Confirmation.
• Ensuring compliance with SDLC principles and standards.
• Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
• Compliance with standards and regulations.
• Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables.
• Responsible for E2E Delivery (full scope, in time, within budget).
• Change Management Process.
• eXtract – status reporting and financial updates.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
• Extended experience in the area of Compliance, Market Risk and Finance.
• Exposure to Volcker rule is a highly desired plus.
• Proven track record in projects within Banking.
• Experience in a global financial institute is a plus.
• Result & content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills are crucial.
• Excellent communication skills in both: German and Englisch.
