Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3500 for a PMO (f/m) with Private Banking ExperienceProject environment
A Swiss Private Bank is looking for an experienced, self-driven PMO to support the programme management and team heads in their management functionality.
Tasks
• Coordinate reporting for senior management, regulators and internal project stakeholders.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Keep track of the project risk management.
• Provide ad-hoc oversight and support of programme topics.
• Co-ordinate programme level workshops.
• Act as a deputy for other team members (SharePoint, project planning, dependency management).
• Preparation of presentations (in PowerPoint) for committees / boards.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience within a similar role.
• Work experience in financial services is a must preferably with general Private Banking expertise.
• Experienced MS Office user (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. WBS, status reporting, progress tracking, risk assessment etc.).
• University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area.
Soft Skills
• German and English are necessary.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
