Project environment
A Global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager. The role is within the global Program One Wealth Management Plattform and is in the pre-inception phase. The project involves the coordination and definition of the application framework in regard to the portfolio risk factors. The objective is to adapt the defined structure for Switzerland in the APAC Region.

Tasks
• Organizes and leads the project and the team (i.e. plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the project team focused) on mandate of Program Manager.
• Manages relationship with all project stakeholders (CIO function, Business, BSM, Interface partners, etc.).
• Ensures an efficient project governance – roles and responsibilities.
• Provides the project plan and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.).
• Schedules and manages the project according to the project management plan and ensures all relevant project deliveries during all phases.
• Establishes a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project work products.
• Ensures all necessary sign-offs according to the guidelines and performs all relevant reviews.
• Ensures provision of cost and effort estimations.
• Staffs the project by requesting resources , e.g. PMO, BA, DEV.

Requirements
• Excellent business English and German.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Banking experience, preferably in Wealth Management Area, Advisory experience would be prefered.
• Proven track record leading SW Development Projects.
• Experience working in an international environment with complex multiple matrix organisation structures.
• Experience with SDLC or Scrum.
• Ability to balance and prioritize several competing tasks within the project.
• Certified Project Manager (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a plus.
