Good morning,for our client based in Paderborn we are currently looking for a "Generalist in Global Purchasing (m/f)".
Responsibilities:
- Experience in indirect purchasing spend
- Temporary lead for an international team of senior purchasers in indirect spend segment
- Enforcing company policy and guidelines within the purchasing team for indirect spend
- Cooperation with the head of purchasing
- Handling escalations, managing stakeholder expectations
- Team performance management
- Driving financial targets
Requirements:
- Natural team leader, able to win the team on his/hers side
- Long-term experience in corporate purchasing
- Positive experience with leadership of 10+ coworkers
- Experience in leading an international team is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Skilled presenter
- Winning character
- Fluent German and English a must, knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Advanced user of MS Office
