We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an Director of Smartphone Brand to join their business in Dusseldorf.

Requirements
- Develop, plan and execute sales strategy on e-commerce partner and key offline partners in Germany
- Develop, plan and execute branding and marketing strategy in Germany
- Responsible for sales KPI and marketing KPI for Honor in Germany
- Manage and lead the Honor team in Germany
- Establish a long term strategy for Honor in German market

Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales and marketing experience within the consumer and mobile phone business in Germany
- Excellent marketing background; has previously led brand initiatives in a leadership role
- Strong sales background in Germany
- Recent experience from a mobile phone/smartphone manufacturer, such as Samsung, Sony, Apple, etc
- Creative, good at concept development, deep understanding of local consumer business market
- Good visual evaluation capability, deep understanding of consumer behavior and interaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong cross department coordination capability
- Native German and fluent English speaker
- Flexible to travel (i.e. 40% within Germany)
