For our client based in Cologne we are looking for an experienced PMO Officer (m/f)Location: Cologne, Start: 01.03.2016, Duration: until 31.12.2016. The candidate will work in PMO as part of the Projects division.
In this role you will work on various administrative and supporting project office tasks for one or several projects under the lead of a project or program manager. Your main tasks include: collect, maintain and report on planning information, on budget, on risks of the projects, prepare reporting to internal stakeholders and clients, organize all project documents, prepare meeting presentations, general support of the PM in marketing.
Profil/ Skills:
o Technical requirements
IT background
MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Tool knowledge like Perform (based on PPM from HP) and/or project management follow-up tools (MS project) is a plus.
o Methodology/Certification requirements
Bachelor Degree
IPMA
Knowledge of ITIL
Project Management certification appreciated
Formal training in Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel appreciated
o Non-Technical requirements
Process-oriented, Client-oriented
Good planning, organization and coordination of activities is needed
Able to do multi tasking (flexibility)
Working in a regional and international environment
Stress resistant
Able to communicate with and according different levels in the organization
