Für ein Bestandskundenprojekt suchen wir eine weitere freiberufliche Unterstützung.Rolle: Senior IT Projekt Manager
Aufgaben:
The Project Manager is fully responsible for the management of the IT project delivery of several releases running in parallel. In particular this includes:
· Leading and controlling IT phases of the project lifecycle from initiation, design, delivery and test to post implementation, adhering to known project methodologies and best practices.
· Full responsibility to delivery from specification to testing and implementation within time, scope, quality and budget.
· Effective management of project risks.
· Correct budget and cost management or the IT project
· Management of local and near-shore teams.
· Close collaboration with the business PL
· Reporting to the overall project manager transparently and regularly
· Close collaboration with the Application Owner and Business CIO line
Skills:
Project management methods must be known and must have been used in former projects such as Waterfall, V-Modell and/or agile. A project management certification is of advantage (such as PMI or IPMA).
Additional requirements:
· Must have:
- Extensive experience with IT Project management in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of programming issues and the capability to ask the right question
- Very good communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in a team
- Good experience with Microsoft Project
Nice to have:
- Programming/IT Architecture Background
- Understanding of the products of a clearing house (e.g. derivatives, equities, bonds)
- Understanding of regulatory needs
Language Proficiency:
Project languages are German and English. Thus, written and spoken German and English is
required.
Experience/SFIA level:
Estimate according to SFIA1 levels for project managers: SFIA level 6, (Senior Project Manager).
In addition to project management qualification and the PM capabilities according to the required SFIA level, the following functional/technical skills are a plus.
· Working in an international environment
· Experience in financial industries, particularly in a clearing house or investment bank are a plus
· Excellent planning and estimation experiences are a plus
