Für unseren Kunden, einen Energiekonzern, suchen wir ab sofort einen Business Analysten (m/w)Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to identify, design and document business capability change needs together with Senior Management; drive their strategic prioritization into business architecture deliverables (roadmaps, principles, etc).
- Create business architecture models demonstrating how products, operations and systems interoperate within the organization; conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
- Drive the process and functional design activities of major change projects and partner with the business program managers to define and ensure the business readiness activities.
- Partner with IT architecture team in developing an EA framework that aligns with the business plan.
- Provide architectural oversight of projects; ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies and that solutions developed across organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
Tasks:
- Passionate about business analysis and the link between enterprise strategy, busines process & functional design, and the IT capabilities supporting them
- A strong motivation to hands-on lead business change initiatives by conducting business process design and driving problem resolution
- At least 5 years experience in faciliation and documentation of business requirements, processes and functional changes, as well as proficiency in using BPM techniques and language
- Experience and idealy formal education in Business Architecture
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with senior stakeholders to faciliatate decision making and to articulate strategic objectives
- Proven track record of designing functional solutions that align business requirements accross multiple departments with IT technologies and architectures
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills: chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and building personal networks
- Ability to work independently and be the driving force behind change initiatives and diverse international teams
- At least 5 years experience in the energy industry and understanding of front-to-end processes
- Fluent in English
