Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3309 for a Project Manager (f/m) Client Onboarding FATCAProject environment
The ""Operations Change Group"" (OCG) of a global Swiss Bank is a global service delivery oriented organization that operates as a center of expertise and is responsible for the delivery of the change portfolio across Group Operations. OCG is actively managing, in close collaboration with other units, the entire project delivery lifecycle from pre-inception phase to ultimate project / program execution. The overall aim of the Operations Change Group will be to consistently deliver high quality, effective and highly competitive change management services to its business partners across the firm.
The successful candidate will join the existing OCG functional pool organization, managing variety of projects and facing off to multiple project / program stakeholders across Group Operations."
Tasks
• Coordinate AEI-FATCA and 871(m) client on-boarding implementation within Group Operations globally.
• Oversee implementation work for GO on-boarding and account remediation (progress tracking, financial execution control, risks and issues management).
• Drive development and implementation of client on-boarding TOM adjustments for FATCA-AEI and 871(m).
• Build up and maintain project management capabilities (governance structure, stakeholder management, strategic alignment) in close alignment with SL CCCF Management and GO AEI-FATCA Program.
Requirements
• 10-12 years of project management experience.
• Working experience in a global environment, ideally in the area of Investment Banking.
• Understanding of operating models and experience with client onboarding.
• Understanding of design principles, someone who can identify risk and issues.
• Understanding of AEI-FATCA and 871(m) requirements would be an asset.
• Proven record of change management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate with the business.
• Very good negotiation and communication skills (German and English).
