We are currently recruiting for a Project Director of Public Cloud Service Project to join their business in China or USA.

Main Responsibilities:
As Project Director, you will be responsible for further establishing Cloud Service Delivery methodology, capability cultivation, and further portfolio management tool. Leading contributor individually and as a team Leader, providing direction and mentoring to team members.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping.
- Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
- Have difficult conversations regarding budget, resources and timeline and formally capture and communicate outcomes of those meetings.
- Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.
- Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
Requirements:
Preferably the industry's top talents who have experience to building and leading enterprise class managed service organization, with experience in consultancy-based project management, and experienced managing implementations of Infrastructure or Web solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related quantitative or business field.
- 15+ years of IT-related enterprise project management experience or IT infrastructure experience.
- Current (within past 8 years) experience managing and delivering infrastructure, IT security and/or Web projects that included servers, storage, backups, and network technologies;
- Experience managing implementations of public and private cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with various Business departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service)
- With high energy and passion for customer service
- PMP Certification.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time as business needs dictate.
