- Preparing and operating a process to select a system (RFI and RFP)
- Preparing a catalogue of criteria based on the needs derived from
theexistingbusinessmodel
- Setting up a project to implement the chosen system
- Choicefor a systemand a vendor
- Project plan for the implementation
- Market overview about core banking systems / loan management systems
- Contacts to vendors and their partners for implementation
- Experience from various projects in these area
- fluent in english
