Project Description:
?This global project has the goal to deliver new Margin Rules for the bank and its applicable clients. Within this program the role is positioned in integrated directly in the Program Management Team supporting the full front to back view of the implementation of business targets (organizational, procedural, compliance and financial). The project is based in Zurich, London and APAC and has global scope.
?Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
?Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
?Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
?Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
?Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
?Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
?Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
?Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
?Taking on the Lead of the Business Test Management within the Program and act as the single point of contact for Business testing matters and support for the Program Management.
?Creating and owning the Program’s Business overall Testing Strategy (UAT and F2B)
?Align and give advice with Business Testing Stream within the Program and with other divisions and functions
?Coordinate all UAT testing activities (test case development, entry / exit approval, testing due diligence / in-flight quality assurance) and for changes in the organizations
?Be fully accountable for organizational interface testing at F2B / UAT testing stage
?Secure traceability of from TOM(s) to Operational Readiness Approval
?Setting up test reports for audit trail support
?Supervise junior test resource

?In-depth knowhow of business test methodologies, strategy, management and execution, incl. test environments and data
?Very experienced in organizing business tests (UAT, F2B tests etc.) and using testing suits (HP QC etc.) for reporting
?Strong relationship building skills and experienced in align and manage senior stakeholders from different divisions and departments and functions
?Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategy and implications to OTC businesses
?Expertise in the Banking Industry
?Advanced Project Planning and Management skills and supervision of more junior test resources
?Excellent English (written and spoken)
?Experience in credit and collateral management and OTC derivatives business is desired
?German (written and spoken) is optional
