Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
Our client delivers IT services to it´s company businesses globally with the support of internal and external IT service providers. Since the outsourcing of the infrastructure IT services 4 years ago the client has recently re-insourced the accountability for the service integration incl. ITIL process landscape as a first corner stone to support its future strategy. As a consequence the foundations of one central and multiple local Service Integration functions have been established, support is now required to develop a Service Integration narrative and delivery approach that will clearly communicate the journey, shape the Service Integration function, inspire engagement and embed core competencies.
Success Measures
• Tools and channels to enable the delivery of a clear and consistent narrative for Service Integration
• Approach and delivery that targets both the management roles within Service Management/Service Integration and the essential people who fulfil the tasks as part of the processes
• Identity of the central Service Integration function incl. consistent wording, pictures etc.
• Communication and change measures that enable go live of local Service Integration functions for Jan 1, 2016
Essential Criteria
• Strong and innovative approach to communication
• Experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) approach as well as ITIL
• Track record in using a multi-tool/-discipline approach to ensure lasting behaviour change and successful transformation
• Experience in a multi-supplier/multi-national context
Desirable Criteria
• Experience in the utilities industry
Tasks/Outputs
• Narrative of the journey so far and the future Service Integration strategy
• Tools to enable delivery of the key messages
• Identification of target audiences, adequate communication channels and timelines
• Foundation of a modular concept that can be extended / rolled out further going forward (e.g. adaptation of central narrative to local specifics, enabling behaviour change)
