Our company is a strategic consulting firm with a focus on the energy and utilities sector whose services focus on the areas of business intelligence solutions as well as process and project management.For a project in Essen and remote we are looking for:
Scrum Master (m/f/d) with experience in energy, eMobility industries ID
Laufzeit: 15.04.2023 – 31.12.2023
Volume : 1000 h remote, 300 h onsite
Location : primarily virtual work with 1-2x / mth colocation at one of customers locations in EU (Germany, Sweden, UK, Italy, Netherlands).
Tasks:
• Advise the cross-functional teams
o ~50-50% capacity allocation to theteams
o Advise the team’s definition and continuous improvement of way of working, provide organizational coaching with a focus on agility
o Facilitate alignment and way of working between Business-, IT- and Digital Owners and regional- and development teams in order to optimize delivery of business value and effectively carry out development activities
o advise that the team follows agreed agile process (scrum, or any other as defined together with the team) complying with the agreed practices, principles, and values
o advise the ceremonies and preparation of these: stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective
o ensure that time gets recorded
• Reconciliation with Global eMobility Transformation Office in order to harmonize working modes in the organization, especially on the interfaces of these projects
Skills:
• Min. 5 years experience as agile coach and/or scrum master, coaching teams working in agile/scrum framework (incl. all artifacts, events, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of agile values, principles and practices, in single team as well as multi-team settings
• Involvement in in agile transformations (shift from traditional project-based organisation to agile organisation)
• Instead of ‘implementing an agile framework’, you strongly prefer to increase agility from a people-centric, continuous learning and improvement perspective, based on the local context
• Strong focus on inclusivity, psychological safety and cultivating a culture of learning and growing together
• Ability to train/teach about agile and lean topics.
• Strong facilitation skills (agile ceremonies and bespoke workshops) - face-to-face AND virtual/online.
o Facilitating challenging discussions between project members: operational leads such as Owners and key senior stakeholders / decision makers such as Sponsors
• Proven coaching competencies: 1-on-1 as well as team coaching
• strong customer and market orientation, with the ability to build bridges between business needs and technological requirements
• experience in energy, eMobility industries is a plus
• sense of humor
