Für unseren Kunden suchen wir aktuell einen Berater (m/w/d) Master Data Management.Rahmendaten:
Start: 01.02.2023
Dauer: 31.07.2023
Auslastung: 3 Tage/Woche
Ort: Garching bei München (50% remote - zu Beginn ist ein wöchentlicher Einsatz vor Ort vorgesehen, nach „Start“ bi-weekly)
Aufgaben:
• Leading the groupwide, already started MDM initiative from a functional point of view
• Aim to build-up and implement a suitable MDM-setup for the customer, especially with focus on Material, Business-Partner and other (Financial) Master Data
• Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and operations across the customer departements to understand requirements and build up MDM in terms of data models, processes, roles & responsibilities, and tools.
• Understand and coordinate interests from customer, strategic business units, legal entities regarding the MDM initiative
• Collaborate and manage interdependencies with already running initiatives, like SAP template for 3 legal entities, build-up of Group BI
Anforderungen:
• Min. 7 years in working with Master Data Management preferably from a functional point of view
• Experience implementing master data management solutions and strategies with focus on building-up central MDM governance
• Strong understanding of usage of Master Data within business processes
• Strong understanding of master data management concepts and best practices
• IT-affinity especially with data structures and SAP – customizing experience is not required, focus is on the functional aspects of MDM
• Seniority and persuasiveness to demonstrate to Operations / Legal Entities / Strategic Business Units the benefits of the MDM initiative and strengthen the willingness to change
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, compelling personality
• Experience in leading centrally coordinated groupwide / global initiatives / programs
• Fluent English and German is required
• Swedish and/or Danish skills are a plus
