Position: Transition Architekt (w/m/d)
Start: ab sofort
Dauer: ca. 12 Monate mit Option
Ort: remote evtl. Meetings in München
Beschreibung:
- Lead Consultant for the Program and is a critical customer-facing role addressing the business requirements, impacts and operational aspects of the Transition of the operation as well as coordinate additional services to be taken over from the customer
- Work closely with the Backup Transition and Deployment Manager to plan and track activities required for operational transitions
- Lead technical and operational aspects of the transition
- Co-facilitate workshops.
- Support the collection, collation and assessment/understanding of technical and operational requirements.
- Support the Program Management to create a holistic transition plan and timeline including dependencies of tasks
- Ensure documentation required for transition is received on time and complete.
- Work closely with the Transition leads to ensure a successful handover of operational tasks
- Support escalation management
- Certification Process and requirements
Anforderungen:
- Experience in large operational Transition Projects
- Broad technical understanding of Solutions in scope
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Capability to host transition workshops internally and alignment workshops with customer
