Contract Length - 12 Months
Project focus
You will be working with a market leader in digital business marketing who work with household names across the globe. Your responsibility will be to run all operational expense processes for multiple business functions and units.
Key skills and Experience required
- Building good knowledge of our client's expenditure on a monthly basis and reporting back to their finance systems.
- Capturing data from budget owners across the business, this will give you a great understanding of how our clients translates its goals and visions into practice.
- Admin duties for setting up purchase orders, starting contract procedures and proof-reading invoices to make sure they are correct.
- Strong communication skills
- 2-3 years experience in process adherence and accuracy
- Basic finance knowledge is a must, working in a finance team is also desirable
- Experience with ERP Systems is a bonus
- Strong English and German writing
