WWe are currently looking for a Security Manager (m/f/d) to support in two program streams of our manufacturing client
Start: ASAP
End: 3 months +
Volume: 80%
Location: Remote/Düsseldorf
Tasks (independent delivery):
- Participation in Status report meetings
- Prepare and introduce Status reports Workstream and Project Level (preparation)
- Create Workshop invitations and participate at other relevant Workshops and Meetings
- Creation of Workshop meeting minutes and follow up the action points
- Communication with PMO
- Risk management (Identifying and tracking risks incl. deriving measures for risk mitigation)
- Coordination and communication with project team
- Budget Controlling/Project steering and controlling
- Creation of project briefs concerning scope, timing, resources and budget
- Project closure
- Creating a solution approach
- Creating the WBS using the giving top-level wbs structure
- Creating and maintain the project plan
- Creating and maintaining the resource planning
- Identifying potential scope changes and communicate them to the work stream lead (scope management)
- Regular reporting using the reporting template for Global Sec Program (reporting to program leads)
- Delivering the project in time, scope, budget
Skills:
- Project Manager for global Security project such as Asset Inventory, Network Segmentation and relevant topics related to Operational Technology (OT) Security
- Deep Experience on Stakeholder Management (involving different suppliers, vendors and stakeholders on different management levels)
- Deep Knowledge in Operational Technology topics eg CNC Machines, PLC devices, SCADA and other OT related concepts is nice to have
- Experience in structuring the project/workstream to achieve the milestones and deliverables of corresponding project(s)
- highly motivated team player who would like to work with RISOs/BISOs/LISOs and CISO as well as different stakeholders
- preferred: managing projects in Manufacturing industry
Nice to have:
- Knowledge about Industry standards such as IEC and IEC , 4-2 as well as ISO 27001
- Advanced Knowledge about Product Secure Development Life Cycle phases
- Additional certifications: PMP, Prince2 as well as Scrum Master or others
