* better on-demand reporting and analytics functionalities for e.g. talent pools, conversion rates, career site
* Enable all relevant stakeholders RPO Market Recruiters and Sourcers for proper usage
* Launch of digital marketing campaign to promote new career pages and candidate journey
* Enforce talent pool usage for filling open vacancies among Sector and Market Recruiters and RPO
Must-Have:
* Experienced BA with 5-10 years experience creating business cases, documenting business requirements for Talent & Acquisitions global projects and working with project teams to ensure an effective and timely delivery
* Deep knowledge of the TA CRM landscape (Avature, Beamery, Phenom
Detailed requirements
* Min 5 years of business analyst role experience
* Experience in analysis of TA CRM platforms, understanding CRM functionalities and how to apply them to the HR TA business needs/model.
* Proven Business Analyst experience implementing and rolling out Global TA CRMs
* Experience in reviewing and analyzing and proposing to be process. Able to anticipate requirements and to uncover areas for improvement
* Experience eliciting, gathering and documenting requirements for large scale Global projects
* Able to incorporate superior user experience in requirements and to reach consensus when receiving conflicting requirements
* Cost benefit analysis skills. Identifies measurable business value to ensure business strategy and project objectives are realized
* Knowledgeable on Data infrastructure and data dictionary and data governance principles to be able to define and capture data and reporting requirements
* Preferred IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis CCBA
