For our international customer, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Talent Acquisition CRM.Your main task is to support the customer in the selection and implementation of a new CRM and Recruitment Marketing IT Solution.
You will be analysing data and processes related to the following topics: Talent pool, talent engagement, Career site with application service and reporting on conversion rates and talent pools.
Knowledge of different TA CRM tools necessary.
Tasks:
* Collaboration with Business (HR) and IT
* Analysing data and processes in Talent Acquisition CRM
* Define Business processes and help in selecting TA CRM tool
* Communication and presentation of cost benefits and improvement suggestions
Requirements:
* Strong experience as a Business Analyst
* Project focus in HR/TA/CRM Projects
* Experience with TA CRM Tools (Avature, Beamery, Phenom etc.)
* Experience in selection of tools
* Strong experience in global organisations and processes in corporations
* International project experience
* Fluency in English
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 7 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week (Client can be flexible for right candidate)
* Location: 100% Remote (CET time zone)
* Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have
