Tasks:
- Communication with the stakeholder management
- Ensure that the customers receive all services needed and under the given time periods as well as with the internal qualit-standards
- Coordination of service requests and priorization of those
- Incident management support as well as supporting of the service and change management
- Carry out service review meetings
- Documentations and preparation of reports
- Very good knowledge in the IT Service Management area
- Very good experience with ITIL processes
- Good knowledge in the area incident management support
- Very strong communication skills
- Very good English language skills
