Project environment:Our costumer is preparing to introduce an asset performance management and optimization (APMO) solution to optimize operations, maintenance, and replacement measures in the extra-high voltage grid.
Detailed job description:
The Business analyst will help defining business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, BA outlines detailed requirements for a solution and ensures the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
Data improvement process :
Identify the issues (typos, structure problems in SAP, format of data, historical data transfer)
Understand where the problem with the data comes from in the process?
Propose & implement a solution
Risk-based concepts in Asset management:
Identify necessary change in tools/processes/trainings
Follow up the change implementation
Generally:
Simplify information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team
Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
Implement and test the solutions
Support business transition and helping to establish change
Attend regular project meetings

Must have:
Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
At least 2 to 5 years of experience as a business analyst and in writing Business Requirements based on the business' specifications
Knowledge of drawing up and implementing a test plan
German (mother tongue) (C2)
Fluent in English (B2 or better)
