Your Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager in complex environments
- Deep understanding of the full software delivery life cycles
- Experience with IAM projects (must have)
- Experience of agile at scale and hybrid projects including status reporting and risk management
- Experience of rolling out projects that have international stakeholders at all levels
- Capacity and skill management / Planning and estimation utilizing the appropriate techniques
- Ability to implement strategies and methods to ensure developers can work to their full capacity
- Experience with One Identity Manager (Nice to have)
- Experience in the financial industry and the implementation of regulatory requirements (BaFin) (Nice to have)
Your Tasks
- This User & Access Management project establishes new standards for identity and access management in our client's organization.
- The IAM Technical Workstream is a key element of the project. They implement the standards in our client’s IAM platform (One Identity Manager) and will create automated interfaces to a larger number of applications. The workstream will be required to lead a team of software developers and architects to deliver to the agreed milestones which have been communicated to the regulator but also needs to support other prioritized projects.
- Responsibility for delivery of the technical implementation to achieve overall project milestones
- Team leadership, management and motivation, architects, developers and testers (team size ~15)
- Support of different stakeholders / projects
- Guarantee smooth hand-over to operations including hyper-care after deployment
- Managing team capacity and skills to demand
- Clear and concise communication to program management
