Ihre Aufgaben:Establishment of a global service model for our customer as an performance attribution service based on Sylvan as the Fixed Income Attribution tool for Front Office. This includes the joint organization of a clear, accountable service model on the customer side as well as on the client side for this underlying service.
- responsible for preparing transition plan
- responsible for tracking the activities against the transition plan
- responsible for scheduling and driving the transition project status meetings with all stakeholders
- responsible for tracking the Issues & Risks associated with the transition project
- responsible for escalating issues on a timely basis to the Transition Project Steering Committee meeting
- responsible for driving the Quality Gate meeting at different stages in transition
- responsible for stakeholder management and communication management
