Programme-Manager*in / Scrum MasterFor one of our clients we are currently looking for a Programme-Manager/ Scrum Master on a freelance basis. The work is done remotely.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
• Maintain the overall delivery plan across Sales Teams
• Align and support teams on deliveries that require multiple services to deliver (Critical activity as features generally need more than 2/3 services)
• Preparing reports and updating Programme Leads and other stakeholders about the
Programme
• Maintain an accurate and holistic ‘one view of change’ to enable transparency, effective decision making and good control of budget/costs in business & IT
• Support Heads of Technology in first line budget monitoring and cost control of the One Selling Platform initiative
• Visibly manage the implementation progress of projects within Digital working closely with both the programme, business sponsors, source market leads, Heads of Technology and Heads of Product – providing support and challenge as necessary
• Support the preparation of regular reporting of operational (and financial) KPI for the various board meetings and assist with the preparation of the risk report if needed
• Ensure that appropriate project governance is in place, and report into those governance groups on a regular basis with recommendations on any required decisions, as well as on the status of risk and dependencies. We promote a proactive escalation culture on the project and will expect the Programme Manager role to lead the way on this
• Make complex issues understandable for all stakeholders, you will prepare for and attend key stakeholder forums including Boards and Steering Group meetings
Anforderungen:
• Track record in agile programme management in digital/e-commerce, building positive relationships with stakeholders, Product team and IT.
• Demonstrable knowledge of and practical experience in applying portfolio, programme and project management to successfully deliver business outcomes in an agile context
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working, practices, and mindset
• Able to quickly understand the e-commerce strategic objectives and the role that the One Selling Platform initiative play in achieving these
• A strong communicator, able to present/paint a picture to the teams/stakeholders
• Organised, fast paced, process orientated and flexible, but with strong attention to accuracy
