Medical Information Associate - FREELANCEAs a Medical Affairs & PV Recruiter, I am currently in the search for 2 MEDICAL INFORMATION ASSOCIATES - FREELANCE for two of my clients in Germany.

Main tasks:
Provide a high quality medical information enquiry handling service by answering technical questions in respect of designated products in an accurate, confident and professional manner. Enquiries may be received via phone, letter & email
- Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken, to conclude adverse events
- Translate German documents into the English, and delivering these translated responses either on the phone or in writing
- Recognize adverse events and defective product reports and handling and reporting these in strict compliance with agreed SOPs
- Logging all enquiries handled in an accurate, comprehensive and timely fashion in to Safety Database
- Maintain awareness of, and ensuring compliance with, the legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with the provision of medical information
Background (MUST):
- Life Science Degree
- Fluent German with good English skills
- At least 1 year experience in Medical Information or Patient Info. Management
Start: ASAP
Volume: full or part-time
Duration: 6 months (possible extension or take over)
