Main tasks:
- Steering within DC E2E team the enrolment and roll out of the DCE2E process to the Originals, Football, Outdoor, Running and Basketball BU, driving target achievement and business execution
- Identify roadblocks and process gaps and consult the footwear product team on how to improve process and capabilities for further scaling within weekly DCE2E meetings, validate BU needs not covered by digital blueprint and get feedback from the BU. Afterwards the feedback is documented and discussed within the DCE2E meetings
- Coordinate target setting within teams specified above, scope definition, monitoring of coverage and KPIs data gathering through weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Monitor seasonal progress of 3D asset creation of the Footwear Product, Report Progress per Review Milestone (Handover, GTM FC, Prelines and SMS)
- Work within DCE2E on the strategy development and project portfolio prioritization within the DC E2E landscape to achieve the benefits of DC
- Give trainings to different BU’s mentioned above, scheduled in monthly meetings to enroll new BU’s according to DCE2E ramp up plan. The training material will be provided by tthe client Provide informally project status updates within regular bi-weekly meetings with the BU’s football, running, originals, sports wear
- Work on project activities: communicate with respective stakeholders to share activities at work stream level (GOPS, IT) and gather feedback on solutions within bi-weekly meetings
